Alyson Little

Alyson has been practicing as a Pre-Licensed Therapist since graduating with a Master of Social Work degree in 2022. She has experience working with a range of ages, but has a particular interest working with adolescents, teens, and young adults.

Alyson guides her practice using a person-centered framework, encouraging autonomy and self-directedness in all sessions. She uses an eclectic therapeutic style, drawing from various modalities to ensure treatment aligns with each client’s individual needs. Regardless of method or presenting challenge, Alyson is committed to rooting her approach in compassion and genuine human connection.
