A Bit About Me
Sarah is a pre-licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong background in trauma-informed care and a passion for supporting clients through all stages of life. She has experience working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family dynamics, and life transitions. She is especially passionate about working with tweens and teens navigating anxiety, identity, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges. Her approach is client-centered, relational, and rooted in evidence-based practices, including elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and narrative work.
Sarah believes in creating a therapeutic space that is warm, collaborative, and affirming — where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered. She is deeply committed to fostering resilience, self-compassion, and confidence, and meets each client where they are with respect, curiosity, and care.
Sarah is honored to walk alongside her clients as they move toward healing and greater self-understanding.
